Copthorne hotel was located nearest Kea Farm Market be the main reason why i always choose this hotel every time i visit Cameron Highlands. Check in and check out were fast. Facilities provided good and soon will come again.

The location of the hotel is strategic because it is close to tourist hotspots but the hotel is quit old and not well maintained.

Great location, walking distance to Kea farm, Raju strawberry farm and EQ strawberry farm, walking downstairs got some food restaurants.
Great view from the hotel. Free parking but limited.

So enjoy stay at copthorne hotel CH.. always repeat stay this hotel because the location very good and strategic... Not jammed and breakfasts this hotel sooo delicious and variety.. nasi lemak, popia goreng, croissant, kuewteo grg Soo nyummie, custard bread, and all...staf very friendly... I like its...
The pool, bath tab , bed, pillow, Soo Great..tq CHCH I give u 5 star....must repeat again.tq

Although the hotel is old, its still well maintained. The location is good as its near to the pasar and plenty of attractions within walking distance

Checked into Copthorne to find a filthy room, toilet full of mould, sink broken, sliding door broken, broken flooring, fan switch not working, unclean bedsheets, and overall it resembled nothing that of a 4 star hotel.
After complaining to the front desk we were “upgraded” to a Superior Deluxe Room which was slightly better but the table lamp still did not work. Otherwise, everything was slightly better.
Would certainly come back to Cameron Highlands but most certainly not at Copthorne.
